I love the sites and sounds of Children when they are present, you don't need to keep toys strewn about each and every day while the children are at school or sleeping in their beds. So when your children play in the family/living room you don't ask them to clean up before you dinner? You just allow the toys to be tossed about in your living room as well as your front lawn on a daily basis? Take pride in your neighborhood. When you have guests come over I am sure you clean your house, why should our yards be any different?

Not just the kids toys. everytime we have high winds everyone has trash blowing about, but never cleans up afterwards. it is now clogging up the back alley and the stairwells with shopping carts full of trash, fire pit burned out logs just dumped back there. People just assume, not my trash not my problem. And you all wonder why our street is a mess. Not just the trash but with the junkies moving in on the block, and being raided on a monthly basis, and the domestic violence that occurs every other day out in the middle of the street. This street is the pits.
