Description
The men's toilet does not flush with enough power to clear the bowl, so it is always clogged. I think all the City needs to do is fix the flushing mechanism and the problem will be fixed.

Thanks Janie, I really appreciate it....I always approach this bathroom with dread because it's almost certain it'll be inoperative on a Sunday (that's when my friends and I are usually using the Park). I will be sure to check the next time I go to the Park and post here if it's fixed! (will also shoot you an email as you requested)
