Thank you for contacting us with your concern regarding the intersection of 38 Ave E and 180 St E. I will have the visibility reviewed at this intersection. Additionally, Pierce County has a rotational driver feedback program where signs are installed to notify motorists of their speeds. We install these signs at locations that we have observed speeding issues. These signs are in place for a period of two weeks, after which we rotate the signs to other locations in the County. We typically serve the same location approximately every four months or so. We will have 38 Ave E reviewed to determine if it qualifies.

The area with low visibility is the side by the stop sign and the large shed. There is a shed, several trees/ bushes and a cable pole all in the same area.
