Description
The manhole on Los Angeles St just south of Arlington Ave in North Oakland is dangerously recessed, in effect creating a large pothole in the middle of the street. The area around the manhole should be filled with asphalt to remove the danger.

Not sure why the city closed this report as the issue remains with zero action taken to date. Filling the recessed area around the manhole would suffice, and would not restrict access to the manhole.
