  Olympia construction who owns this lot, does not mowe this lot regularly until a complaint is put in. Also, the black fencing is collapsing around its lot and along the sides and needs replacing. Me and another neighbor have complained about this all last year to the city and Scott from the engineering dept. But only to get ignored and fall on deaf ears from the city and Scott regarding the black fencing that’s fallen down in areas.
