Pothole, crumbling street on Garford Alley and Napa Street.

Road is actively crumbling apart and damaging cars, it's so bad that waste management trucks had to change the direction of the route. That big square block broke off a month ago and it's more than 2 feet big, the hole started getting bigger over the past two weeks. Huge chunks broke off and blocked the alley to the point residents in the neighborhood had to remove them. This part of the alley is used a lot by PGE, cable and internet companies because it's right next to a service pole. This affects the entire alley
