Caller is a property owner at the address listed and he regularly observes bicyclist and motorist accidents occurring. Caller is adamant about this intersection needing a crosswalk, flashing lights or caution signs informing motorists of bicycles in the area. Caller is highly concerned that a death will occur one of these days due to the frequency of accidents between bikes and cars.
