Homeowner at 903 SW 341st St has erected an orange safety fence on city property and installed planter boxes. He has now also tied "Right Of Way" flags on all of the metal fence posts that have been installed behind several other homes in that area. Erecting a fence onto public lands to extend one's private boundary is unlawful encroachment. This needs to be resolved. Homeowner has no personal rights to this public land.
