A top coat of asphalt was applied to this section of Brook Road and the contract company (Surry was the name on the truck) failed to clean up after themselves. This contractor should be held accountable for leaving the job site in this condition. It has been over 36 hours and the sidewalk is covered in asphalt debris -- it is unattractive and unsafe.
