We need another light between West Alabama and Richmond. There is no reason for this.

Seriously - "reported to Metro?" and closed? Other users were more helpful that the city / 311 re: contacting other sources. We have been dealing with construction on Shepherd and Branard for 3 years (still not done with unconnected pipes of some sort obstructing sidewalks on every block on Shepherd between Richmond and Alabama) and the city has been unresponsive in dealing with issues from the construction. Wits end.

Had a good chat with Lee Cisneros (Upper Kirby District) after calling 713.524.8000. You are correct and he says they help to drive the project outcomes including the punch list for the street repairs and fixing the bench.
