Home at 5216 Lakerock Drive cut down their tree and dumped it behind their fence in the right of way of the city of South Fulton Not sure what you decide to do whether it's cute the owner and hold the accountable to remove it or the City just removes it but it's an eyesore Please see pics If you need any additional info please notify me
