Descripción

3 leaching ponds built in front yard, started with 1, has evolved into 3. Grey or black water being held poorly, overflows and runs down entire street. Mosquito and fly populations in the area have greatly multiplied and discarded water smells of sewage. More than a normal amount of people occupy this home, and they also have house garbage accumulating in bags, junk cars and overall the house is in disrepair, if the owner is leasing this home, they should be fined for allowing this behavior as numerous neighbors have filed complaints already. Residents are combative if approached about water or garbage issues. Due to contaminated water being released onto a public street and over a well used sidewalk and the increase of mosquito habitat and populations, this has become a public health issue. As we know, even the cleanest of grey water can still contains fecal bacteria and possible COVID virus. With the increase in fly populations and vermin associated with large amounts of waste and garbage being held on the premises, nesting places generated by junked cars and lack of home maintenance, AND the residents lack of concern and combative behavior, we have quite a problem.
