Dog has been barking loudly for several hours. Clearly in some sort of distress. Seems like neglectful owners or they leave their dog outside for very extended periods of time. Please address - as this is an extreme concern and annoying barking around the neighborhood. Sometimes there are 2 different dogs barking at each other. possibly some sort of fight.
