All of this debree is still there. The housing authority came and removed a bunch of sticks from the back courtyard but did not remove all of the garbage and sticks and debris from the back parking lot. In other words, they came and did half the job. If you are going to come to clean up a property, why not do the whole job? The whole property needs to be cleaned up, not half of the property. Do you think if a landscaping company goes to a property in Greenwich, CT and does half the property that they are not going to be fired? Why is this half assed work being allowed? Do low income residents deserve to be neglected?
