Albany PD won't be doing anything about this. Gotta love how quickly this city has crapped out after Jerry Jennings retired.

This is beyond disgusting. The city needs to be accountable for this.
No one should have to deal with this!

He’s been identified and reported 10+ times in the past year. He’s often in center square/hudson park. He steals our packages and poops in our garden level entrance as well. Our leaders have made it very clear that punishing and unhomed individual will not be tolerated. They dont have a legal address so charges cant be brought forward (aka free for all with no consequences)

This guy and his antics are getting old. Someone please do something.
