Kids are hitting their skateboards against the signal
box that sits a few feet above Glenoaks on Cypress Ave. It is two boys, one on a bike, the other on a skateboard. They are doing it to terrorize a homeless person, ie trying to scare her, etc. By the time the police show up, the kids are long gone.
