Descripción
Ongoing large scale logistical operation on public street/sidewalk, blocking alley access, impeding pedestrian traffic and neighboring business parking. Multiple large trucks and semis unloading for hours at a time, 5 days a week. Between 5-10 workers stacking crate filled palates on sidewalks, operating palate jacks and moving overfilled carts on public sidewalks and in the street. This issue has been ongoing for years, and is only growing in scale.
