Homeless encampment right next to school, accumulated trash is harboring vermin. School now has a severe rodent problem. Complainant has taken video, states stepped on a condom on the way in to school today. School will not take action. Complainant took video and can provide.

maybe if all the parents kept their kids home from the school, somebody would do something about it. Money would be lost. If the children stop going to school the city would lose money. She do you want your child sitting there trying to learn as rodents are running around?
