The city tree in front of my unit is in direct contact with the roof and is obstructing the gutter. I am beginning to see indication of moisture (buckling ceiling paint) damage in the corner of the room whose window you see. The same tree has lower branches which are over the sidewalk at a low level which should also be removed. There are three other trees in front of the building which overhang the roof of the structure but do not yet actually touch. By this time next year, those trees could easily be touching and damaging the roof and the gutter system.
