Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate the address. Please know in order for this to be a violation there needs to be a considerable amount of trash/debris in the yard. An Officer also must observe the violation as it sits, so if the debris is removed before an officer can investigate, we are unable to begin a violation case. If there is a violation, we will make contact with the occupants and inform them of their rules and regulations regarding debris in the yard.

The Code Officer left a notice to remove trash & rubbish from the property.

The Code Officer reported that the owner has been contacted and is working on removing the rubbish; some of the materials are currently being used and discarded for home improvement purposes.

All materials considered junk and rubbish have been removed from the property.
