This location is on a private lot and is not in the jurisdiction of the City of Vallejo. For this reason we have re assigned this issue #1512461 over to Code enforcement.

It was in the street. I have surveillance video of the person dropping the trailer and throwing the bags of trash. It was at 5:40 p.m. on tues 3-3-15 a late model white chevy silverado 2500 with a utility bed. Two people were in the truck and one person was left at the site still moving bags of trash
