A neighbor continues to collect and line the street with inoperable vehicles that have no license plates at the bend of cima Drive and to Sereno Drive I hope the city is able to beef up their abandoned vehicle task force to get all these (dumped) cars off the streets through the recent emergency proclamation This issue continues to snowball and will do so until the culprits get the message that it's not acceptable
