Sure I completely understand the "why" behind them, but not every driver, esp those not from the area, knows what a "speed hump" is. They line the roads coming to IKEA, which draws folks from everywhere, ESP this time of year.
ALL of these new extra large speed bumps ALL OVER the city need to be painted white or yellow.
If the goal is to people down, why not adequately warn us before we crash over them?
I mean, liability-wise, drivers cannot go even close to the posted speed limit without ruining their cars, so even a "slow down to 5 mph" or something could help....
