This area is a natural water run off. Very over grown. We believe the City maintains and the City sprays yearly for blackberries. The area is over grown causing water to pool and flood and has rodents. The flooding causes the ground to be soft and the big tree by the fence line is starting to lean. The flooding causes more floods in my back yard as it is a flow way for the excess water. I hope we can get this resolved. Thank you.
