Left turn signal from Belvedere onto Broad toward Downtown is unusually quick... Less than ten seconds- which only allows 5 or less vehicles to proceed. That is provided everyone is paying attention. The turn lane can accommodate up to 10 vehicles. Since the opposite traffic light continues once this one has stopped, is it not possible to balance these out? Adding just 5 more seconds would seem to do the trick. Thanks for your attention.
