This issue is not been resolved, The light is out of sync and causing heavy traffic in the mornings ,afternoons and evenings through my neighborhood.people who do not live in this neighborhood constantly run stop signs. My neighborhood has schools surrounding it with all grade level children walking ,riding bikes and busses. Someone is going to be run over. I have lived in memorial for many years and haven't seen this much traffic infiltrating off of the major city streets.
