Greetings,

Homeowners are extremely upset with ongoing yard eroision damages due to the developer using poor fill-in procedures. Now, we as owners of these homes find that after less than two years ownership, our yards have sink holes, rock exposure, and wate run-off. There are serious problems of vacant lots with trash and even construction material thrown in these lots. We do not get any help from our homeowner's association nor from the developer. I have attached pictures.
