Talk about adding insult to injury…for over 6 months these traffic signals were blinking red 24/7!

Now, these traffic signals cycle through three phases for no reason!

1) Both left turn signals when NO vehicles have “tripped the switch”. Rarely, do vehicles turn left into Tiara or the Solano Community College Center from Turner.

2) North/South, left turn, IN and OUT of Tiara & Solano Community College Center. This would be expected to trip more often because of vehicular traffic coming out of Tiara.

3) The VAST MAJORITY of traffic is East/West on Turner, yet, cars are controlled for no cross vehicular traffic most of the time.
