The pedestrian cross walk across Grand Ave at Lee St is very unsafe. There are no signs posted that there is a cross walk there. Given the elevation and curve of the street this makes it very dangerous for pedestrians to cross here.
Please make the cross walk more visible before someone is hit by a vehicle.

I completely agree, I live in Adam's Point and cross over Grand at a couple of these crosswalks with my step kid. It is very hard to see cars coming from both directions and I have had to "get on my horse' more than a couple of times. More visible crosswalks and a 25mph speed limits are good ideas. I would add that if lights were put in, the should be TIMED (sorry for yelling) at 25 mph. There is no reason why a car should not be able to drive from the Piedmont border to the Bay Bridge entrance in West Oakland without stopping.
Many benefits to this:
Cars driving slower and in control
Pedestrians knowing when the light will change
A traffic "flow"
Less frustration for drivers
Less polluting cars sitting at lights and stop signs
A city that comes across as having it's stuff together
I think that you should also be able to drive down Harrison from Mac all the way to the Webster tube without stopping as well. Streets all over the city should have their lights timed. It would cut down on red light runners and the annoyance of the untimed lights this place is so famous for.
