A covered vehicle that has not moved for more than a year is hazardous to traffic in making the street narrower. Two way traffic is congested especially during garbage pick up days. Big construction and deliver vans must double park or at halt to continue flow of traffic and avoid collision. Please respond and remove this safety issue for our family.
