I am not sure what the by law states, however I am sure homeowner you are required to maintain the sidewalk in front of your house, and if you live on a corner lot, you are required to maintain the sidewalk to the side of your house? Part of this sidewalk is shoveled to almost bare concrete however where they stop hasn't been touched this year.
