It is really getting frustrating with the amount of stray cats in the neighborhood. There are people feeding these cats and when someone finally captures them, they are only released into the neighborhood again. Many of us are tired of having these cats using our yards as a bathroom because people keep feeding them. It is becoming a health issue, as our children go to play in the yard near someone feeding these cats, only to step in cat feces. Is there a way to have people stop feeding them and humanely remove these cats permanently from the area, so they can be adopted and given a good home?
