Every time it rains, a giant puddle forms at the corner of East 7th St and Beverley Road, forcing pedestrians into traffic to cross the street.

This puddle is a nuissance and dangerous. This happens every time it rains, (it doesn't have to be raining hard). It puts pedestrians in danger becuase they have step out on the street to get around it.
