These people have been parked in front of our business for about 4 months now. They've now started parking on top of our planter area directly blocking a city sidewalk. Our residents that want to walk to the office now have to go into the street to avoid their encampment. We have people from all over the country staying here when they come to visit San Francisco and six flags because we're one of the only RV parks in the area. It's not a good look for Vallejo to have this out in front of our place. We try to keep the front of our park clean and our maintenance people can't even clean garbage off our own property now.

Thank you for reporting this issue! A Code Enforcement Officer has now been assigned to inspect the possible violation(s). You may visit eTRAKiT, our online tracking system, to view current case information for the Code Violations online at https://vall-trk.aspgov.com/eTRAKiT/ (please allow 4-6 weeks for the information to be updated).
SUMMARY OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT PROCESS
After a violation is reported, a code enforcement officer is assigned to conduct an inspection, make a determination as to whether the report is valid or unfounded, open up a case and issue warnings and notices when valid and allow approximately 30 days for correction. If the property is still found to be non-compliant following the time allotted for correction and a second inspection, the code enforcement officer will continue with enforcement, which could include the issuance of a notice of violation or administrative citation. If a property owner continues to remain non-compliant, the Code Enforcement Officer can determine whether or not to move forward with obtaining a warrant to have contractors abate (fix) the violations on the property. While the enforcement process moves forward, simultaneously on the financial side, the property is liened for any nonpayment after 30 days, late fees are imposed on unpaid citations, and any unpaid fines are then assessed onto the owner’s property taxes as a special assessment.
