Can the city provide a list of shelters that citizens can give to the homeless, especially during the winter?

On the City of Vallejo's website, you can search "homeless shelter" and open up the General Resource Contact List (http://www.ci.vallejo.ca.us/workspaces/one.aspx?objectid=82624&contextId=33399) to find more information. The list does show the Christian Help Center at 2166 Sacramento St., Vallejo (707-553-8192) to be a homeless shelter.

It says this issue was opened on 9-29-14 and that it was assigned to Code Enforcment, this is not an old issue this is new (just since the furniture store went out of business a few weeks ago) issue and should not be closed.
