I reported it initially through the city's web site, about a month ago. This report was made using the See/Click/Fix phone app. In talking with neighbors I've found out that they've reported it, both through the web site and by calling 311. There's been no action taken in response to those requests. We want this light fixed NOW.

One month after posting, and more months after reporting it to 311 & to the city's web site, this light is still out. I think it's been 6 months now. What does it take to get a light replaced?

It was finally fixed sometime around the 1st of the year (that's 2012). It took at least 6 months from the time it was first reported by anyone. This is inexcusable.
