SAFETY concern.
This lot with barbed wire fences presents a significant safety risk to children. This fence hangs over the sidewalk immediately next door to the Neighbor to Neighbor community center for children in the area. Barbed wire hanging over the sidewalk is a huge safety concern and should be addressed immediately.
