Descripción

The property owner who is a contractor continues to bring heavy equipment home and park in front of his home and on a sidewalk area on the right side of his property. After driving over the curb many times, a cement utility box cover on the sidewalk was crushed in. It was rebuilt with wood and that is now caved in and is a hazard.
