Traffic entering ramp from OHB onto East bound I-40 doesn't stop and often times traveling at a high rate of speed. Traffic turning left onto OHB after exiting I-40 turns into traffic turning left on OHB to enter I-40. There is a head on collision threat here. Traffic turning left onto I-40 from OHB backs up in turning lane waiting for oncoming traffic. Traffic on exit coming off I-40 turning left onto OHB has to contend with a head on collision threat from traffic turning left onto I-40 and a side collision from traffic on OHB heading toward Gower Elementary.
