Normal procedure is not to cover sidewalk. Certain conditions may result in snow from the road covering sidewalks. This has been logged as SRQ2014-000182 and forwarded to Transportation to review.

Notice the size of the windrow on the non sidewalk side dies not make sense guess sidewalks provide more storage areas
