After military and 216th was reconfigured, no signs were posted warning of traffic change. Cars regularly approach from the East in the oncoming lane after the turn lane went away.
And now on the west side cones have been moved for people turning right to go south on military but cars now don't know if that's a right turn only lane or a straight and right. I've seen cars in both left and right lane go straight through the intersection. No signs are posted.

brigetbatt- here's an article about it. https://wsdot.wa.gov/construction-planning/search-projects/sr-509-completion-project
Still no signs posted at the intersection. The cones are still being shuffled to the side so cars can turn right which is confusing the traffic going straight.

Recently, there are orange signs before approaching the signals on certain directions which are not helpful because the drivers instantly forget what they just saw.

The picture I’m sharing is what seems to be a common occurrence. (Cars lined up on the wrong side of the road taking a left turn)
I think part of the confusion ppl are having is that
1) Ppl are still not aware that there was a change
2) The 2 street lights up often indicate that there are 2 lanes. (One to take left and another to go straight or turn right)
Incoming traffic still goes around but hopefully we don’t wait till an accident occurs to resolve this.
