There are numerous complaints of excessive speeding on Forest Hill Avenue, and we need at least one if not two speed bumps installed as a *safety* precaution, particularly on the downhill slope where a sign clearly states: "Hill Blocks View" but does not deter people from excessive speeding which makes it difficult and dangerous to both enter and exit my driveway or even be able to pull to the side of the street. People actually honk on their horns over it (lexus suv, Toyota prius). A minivan parked in front of the *daycare center* was *totaled* by a speeder estimated to be going in excess of 60mph--video available-- in the first week of September 2014) ... two pets have been killed in 6 weeks, as well, and there are many children living here where the "Hill Blocks View" in addition to the dozen or so being picked up and dropped off at the day care center where the minivan was totaled.
