Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. The bottom of the ditch along the west side of Robertson (north of Avenue of Oaks) is actually higher than Avenue of Oaks itself. So when it rains, water runs out of the ditch onto Avenue of Oaks, creating a lake that spans for several houses down. Looking south along the same ditch across Avenue of Oaks, a culvert runs underneath Robertson to drain the ditch into a sewer box. Perhaps a similar culvert could be placed under Robertson to drain the north side of Avenue of Oaks. The ditch there would also need to be dug out deeper. Thank you for your time and attention.
