Been reporting this mess for a year now, guy craps on the sidewalk or bushes, collectors garbage, shoots drugs in plain site, Shell and Jack in the Box should sue the city

And now there are 2 permanent campers. City attorney claims it's not a problem unless their is garbage surrounding the area of the vehicles. Can he not see the picture of the mess, not to mention when is it OK to crap on the sidewalk and do drugs in plain view of all to see? And what about the dealing of drugs? Time to vote these people out.

You would think the Shell Station would take matters into their hands and clean up. Good way to Lose Customers, I wouldn't stop there for anything, drive right pass them
