Descripción

These cars block the sidewalk on Sutter 24/7. There are usually 4-5 cars. Sidewalks should be public walking space not used for private use parking. I have to walk my child in the stroller in the street. I have seen mobility impaired people in wheelchairs dodging cars due to needing to be in the roadway. This is a misuse of public property and should be fixed.
