Thank-you for reporting this issue to us. The care of this park is still under the control of the developer, however the city Parks Department has gone and cleaned up this site.

Actually a resident cleaned up the noxious weeds in the sand box, the city workers did show up twice but did not remove any other weeds or grass growing in the playground. The noxious weeds throughout the whole park needs to be addressed. I understand the City continues to say that the developer is still responsible but then hold him accountable ... Stop letting him build and neglect everything he is a part of!
