Originally flagged on 5/11/21 (# 9888775). Water is still flowing off the hill all year round and drains into the road 50 feet up from the nearest drain.

This is making for unsafe conditions, a blight on the road, eroding the hill and eating away around the drain as sharp corners are now exposed on the drain.

Cars are now going around it, in the opposite lane to get around it. Cars are slipping and missing the turn into the driveway and with winter coming this will be the same hazard as last year when it freezes.
