Potholes and deteriorating asphalt along Mandana. This is a major connecting road between Grand And Lakeshore Avenues. So many huge trucks pass by. The potholes cause the trucks to rattle, which is a huge noise nuisance for residents facing Mandana. This roadway needs to be replaced.
