Grand needs a protected bike lane. It is not safe to have a street like this which is constantly illegally blocked and there's no enforcement from OPD or OAKDOT. The truck is parked illegally, the parking is wasted space, and it forces vulnerable people on bikes to either ride with dangerous cars or go on the sidewalk.

Add a protected bike lane on Grand. This isn't hard and OAKDOT needs to do it.
