Also, serious vision hazard caused by vegetation when trying to enter Anderson Drive from Hazelwood. Does Raleigh have no policy of requiring intersection properties to keep their hedges & other vegetation cut back enough to ensure safe vision? When I lived in Bozeman, MT., decades ago and we let our intersection-corner hedge get a little out of line, the city was quick to warn us to trim it back pronto or face a citation. The problem is much worse here than in dry Montana.
